ITINERARY

Day 1 – Coimbatore – Black Thunder

Arrive Coimbatore Junction at 7.20 a.m. (as per schedule of 1013 Kurla – Coimbatore Express). Passengers arriving by air have to reach resort directly. Proceed to Mettupalayam (Black Thunder) (3 hrs. journey). Reach Black Thunder Resort and full day free to enjoy various Water Rides at the Resort.

Day 2 – Black Thunder Resort – Ooty

Morning free for rest or to experience great fun at Water Park like Wave Pool, Water Rides etc. After lunch proceed to Ooty (3 hrs. journey). Reach Ooty and evening free for rest. Night halt at Ooty.

Day 3 –  Ooty

After breakfast visit to Doddapetta Peak, Highest peak in south India (8642 ft.), Tea Museum, Tea Factory, and Centenary Rose Garden to explore the largest collections of Roses in India. After lunch visit to Botanical Garden.

Day 4 – Ooty

After breakfast sightseeing of Coonoor which includes Sims Park and Madras Regimental Centre (from outside), return for lunch and in the evening enjoy Boating at Ooty Lake.

DAY 5 –  Ooty – Kodaikanal

Early morning proceed to Kodaikanal (8-10 hrs. journey), breakfast and lunch will be provided during journey. Night halt at Kodaikanal.

DAY 6 – Kodaikanal

After breakfast sightseeing of Coaker’s Walk and Brayant’s Park. After lunch visit Kodai Lake. Night halt at Kodaikanal.

DAY 7 – Kodaikanal

After breakfast visit Pillar – Rock, Green Valley View, Golf Course, Upper Lake View and Silver Cascade Water Falls. Evening free for rest. Night halt at Kodai.

DAY 8 – Kodaikanal

After breakfast reach Kodai road station to board 6340 Nagarcoil Exp. at 11.30 hrs. for Mumbai. Passengers who have confirmed their Train / Air ticket from Coimbatore have to get transferred Coimbatore Station / Airport at their own cost.
